About the Project

Sim is an Amsterdam-based photographer focusing on photography for families, portraits and
pregnancy shoots. The pictures she takes have a unique style rooted in pastel colours, light and
happiness. “Summer-y Christmas” was the term I used when I first met Sim.
I helped Sim with the Dutch translations of her English website. Although most people in Amsterdam
are comfortable with English, she wanted to reach the audience who searches in Dutch. Smart!
Eighteen days after her first message, she had the Dutch copy and meta details on her new website!
